I recently purchased a Mygig for the Magnum. Had it shipped via DHL. It is being shipped from Edmonton to Windsor,ON. Package picked-up in Edmonton on Nov. 10th and the same parcel(my radio) went out for delivery in Edmonton on Nov. 13th....explain that??? Now the package is sitting in Winnipeg, they put it on the wrong truck or should not have come off the truck passing through(so they tell me). It will probably go out for delivery in Winnipeg tomorrow morning if they can't stop it....remember the destination is Windsor,ON!!!!! I've been dealing with the DHL reps/supervisors/tracers everyday...they still can't get it right. Now...when the radio does arrive someday...I'm sure it will be broken after being kicked around for the last week. I'm so pissed...just needed to share my story. We use DHL everyday at work and this is not their first mistake...but why this time with my radio. AAAAAARRRRGGGGGHHHH!!!!!!! No wonder why their rates are cheaper than their competitors.

Hit the nail on the head, there! DHL/LOOMIS have got to be the worst for screwing up, although they are the cheapest!! We often have goods from Brampton bound for Barrie, eind up in Regina, Calgary or some other incorrect destination. Last week , had a Brantford shipment delivered to Brockville! (Well, they both start with a "B") Blamed on the sort process!!
