Heading to Ohio on Thursday for The Mopar Nats - anyone else?

Hello,

Anyone planning on attending the Mopar Nationals in Ohio this upcoming weekend? I will be departing Oakville around 2pm on Thursday. I won last years drag racing NEW HEMI category and I'm going down to defend the title!

If you have never been it's a Mopar show like no other. I've been attending since the mid 80's and I look forward to the pilgrimage every year.

It was great to meet you. I was the guy that stopped by to talk with you on Sunday afternoon and asked if the car was a real police car. You were parked next to the Top Banana Daytona just after your run down the 1/4 mile. So did you defend your title?

Wasn't it a great event? I thought the show was a little "smaller" than previous years (I've been attending since the mid-80's) but a great show nonetheless.

Ah, man! Sorry to hear that.

Definitely a good weekend. True the attendance was down a bit but I think carshows across the country are seeing a little slump in numbers due to the economy and gas prices. It was good though to see so many folks come out and have a good time though.
