I have enquired about a tour at LMC and here's the response.

To summarise, they want $10 a head and need to know how many.

Bear in mind, doing a tour does impact their ability to use facilities, as they have to ensure the work shop is reasonably safe for a number of people to come through. (And I bet doing tours impacts their insurance on the facility.) As a result, IMHO, the $10 charge is not unreasonable, but it will likely separate out those of us that have no burning desire to attend.

During the tour we will take you through complete restoration facility, show the group all of our current projects and answer any questions you might have. Depending on the number of people attending we normally take groups back ten at a time. The rest of the group could look around the showroom and the Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame. The CMHF recently moved into the facility and is currently showcasing some of the most remembered race cars in Canadian Motorsport history. There is a $5.00 admission to enter the facility (100% of proceeds go to charity) as well as a cost of $5.00 for the tour (proceeds going to Legendary).

Cameras are allowed in the showroom but NOT in the restoration facilities.
Due to privacy issues, we do not allow pictures in the shop.

Please add your name to the list at the end of this thread, if you are interested in attending. As we get closer to the event, I will post further details (as needed)

We're booked for Saturday June 17th, so it should be a great time for a visit! Legendary is open earlier, but grab an early lunch if you like and be there for 12:30 pm. Or if you like, show up a bit earlier and shoot the breeze!

I do need to track attendance numbers, so even if you'd like to go, but aren't sure, please add yourself to the list and indicate this.

This sounds good. LMC is in Milton right. If so, I went there last year and it was great but I didnt get to see the facilities. Just the museum. My dad and I could probably go at any date. My auto shop teacher lives near there and maybe he would like to go. I will get back to you about that one.

Just so happens I was watching speedchannel at 7 and the boys from LMC were down at GS motorsports and there were a couple of shots on a superchargr install on a magnum.
