Hi Guys,
Have an issue with a dealership where I may have been mislead and lied to regarding my vehicle.
Anyone know of a formal Chrysler communication line to involve them in an issue with a dealership?
Thanks! (Hope someone knows :S)

The only number I know of is 800-992-1997 (USA only) which is the Customer Assistance Center.
I think all warranty/dealer issues have to go through this number.
It looks like you live in Canada. You should call 800-465-2001

Craig,
Why don't you share the story so we
can all get out the pitchforks and torches if needed.
At least the name of the Dealer so we can steer clear of them.
There are a few dealerships out there that give a rats A$$ about you
after the sale.
I drive to Oakville from the Georgetown area to get proper service. Since
leaving the Brampton dealer were the car was purchased things
are much better.
Good Luck!!

Craig, call the 800-465-2001 number that sidetrack listed and ask for the Regional/Area Service Managers phone number, for where ever you live.
As Ed says, give us some details, maybe some-one on here is contemplating using that dealership and need forewarned.
OHHHHH and when you get the RSM phone number, ask if they are still giving out the $50 Mopar gift certificate....if so tell them you want one.
