I've turned down a job with the Internet side of Rogers a few times now..
Can't stand thier service or customer service.. Think they are the one company I despise more then Bell..2006 Lil Red Wagon SXT

It's more like customer dis-service. Been getting the run around from them since this morning. Extremely unhappy right now is the mildest I can put it. Just wish I could talk to a live person so I can tell them where to shove their service.

On the defense of the guys at Bell and or Rogers that actually do a good job and have a work ethic.. One of my cousins as well as a few friends are linesmen/cable repair truck guys that do what they are handed by the powers that be in the office.
99% of the issues with both companies are in the office and not the guys/gals in the trucks doing the actual work. the other 1% (maybe low) is reserved for the guys/gals in the trucks that just don't give a damn.
I usually have a good experience dealing with the people onsite for the installs and that is quite often that I have to deal with them (computer techie).2006 Lil Red Wagon SXT
