    Talking Anybody going to race their LX next season?

    Like the title, just curious as to how many Canadian owners are going to take their LX to the track? I just traded in my SRT-4 for my Magnum RT, and I still have the racing bug! I know it's not as fast but still faster than alot of Honda's you'd see on a Friday night at St Thomas Dragway! LOL! Next season we should get a bunch of members to meet at a track (St Thomas, TMP, Grand Bend) and have some fun seeing what these cars can do! Maybe even go to the Mopar shows that the tracks have and race there.

    Racing...

    It would be great to see any LX's at the tracks in Southern Ontario. I was there on opening day this year and 4 other trips to TMP this season. Last trip was with a friend in his MSRT8, but aside from my RT I only saw one other Hemi car on any of the track days. Hope the turnout improves next season. QB409

    I am interested in doing some passes. I have been mostly a spectator or pit hand for the past few years...

    I would like to see what my new car can do in stock trim? and then do some tuning.

    Keep me in the loop on special days or dates and maybe we will see you at one of the local tracks.

    This coming summer, the six of us are going to go up to the Toronto Drag Strip ( Which is in cayuga(sp?) ) My dad, my brother and me, my uncle( dad
    's brother) and his oldest two sons, and were going to race our cars at the strip.
    Dad - 2001 Dodge Viper RT/10
    Brother - 2003 Dodge Hemi Ram single cab
    Me - 2006 Dodge Charger R/T
    Uncle - 2005 Corvette
    1st son - 1998 Honda Prelude
    2nd son - 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse

    Atlanta Dragway looks like Friday night grudge racing starts in March, and I plan to make more than a few this year if at all possible. Saturdays start Feb 11 are test-n-tune dates, but work tends to interfere with that...

    Once I squeeeze a 10 out of the Formula, I'll be looking for a 13 out of the Magnum.


    I have a grudge match with a Subaru Legacy GT and my RT. I may need a couple tweaks to give my self a good chance though, he has already been playing with his boost. I was thinking the Superchips Flashpaq should do.

    Waiting for spring is killing me, and Speedorama did not help ease the pain.
