2009 Uconnect problems?

Yea I know I should be able to find out when I go into work this afternoon but.......
Anyhoo, my wife's 2009 Charger has Uconnect and when she makes a call it tells her " Incoming call, press Uconnect button", this of course disconnects her. I know it's easy to just ignore, but it has to be an error and it should be fixed.

or visiting http://www.dodge.com/uconnect. make sure the phone is on the compatibility list before we go any further.

had one just last week and turned out the phone wasn't compatible. as Chris said, check that first.

Thanks Chris, I checked it and it is compatible. Actually I use the same phone. She just ignores the "incoming call" message when she is making the call.

Pete, was it telling the customer to press Uconnect when it was already connected?

not quite. his would ring once and the just drop the call.
