    $50 Mopar Coupon, One every-year!

I thought this message pertinent enough that I've posted this new thread to compliment the older one.

As I was submitting my $50 Mopar Coupon on my door-sill purchase, the parts-guy at the dealership was nice enough to let me in on a secret.

He said that each owner of a Chrysler vehicle is entitled to one $50 Coupon every year until the program is stopped. No word of when that will be.

Hence, if you plan on getting something now in 2009 (Or what remains of 2009), you can get your coupon and then call again in 2010 and get another coupon for something else.

There is no minimum spending limit on the coupon. I read the terms on the coupon and in the accompanied letter I received with the coupon. How this works if you are only buy a $12 bottle of touch-up paint or a $27 gas-cap I have NO idea???

My parts-guy was unsure if this includes owners of used Chrysler vehicles. He thinks maybe it's for original car owners only. Only offered to Canadians.

    Question

Wow, you spend 40-60k (and some of us have more than one of their cars in our driveway) buying their products and they want to limit a $50 discount coupon to one per year.

And yet another person that complains about something that is free. One free thing is never enough, they gotta get two before they're happy.

Actually I never called to get any, don't care for it either( got a few when I purchased my car and tossed them in the trash), oh and nothing in this world is free not even the air you breathe .

I have to say, even I struggle to put a negative spin on this. A $50 coupon every year is awesome, every little helps!

not entirely true. i received coupons twice this year. i called in the spring, and again a couple weeks ago. shoot, i haven't even had my csrt4 for a year yet and have used it's vin twice. i guess it might depend on the csm on the other end of the phone.
