Sounds like a classic case of denial.
The first step is admitting you have a problem. You can do this by attending, "Chuck's Engine Detailing Clinic" where,
"We conquer your inner demons and clear your engine bays of dirt & grease."

Yea, I know the engine compartment is filthy............... just haven't got around to cleaning it yet............once the nice (nicer) weather shows up I will be giving it a good cleaning and keep up on it................and yes, it gets driven daily in all types off weather so it does get rather nasty under the hood...................

The Bolts are a temporary thing.......for now..........if I stay this route, I will get stainless hardware............I just wanted to get the cover back in and see what it looked like this way........... and didn't really want to spend the $8.50 each on those little plastic clips................the bolts/washers cost me $5.00 in total.................

Very nice mod indeed. This is not a new idea by any means. We did the same thing to our 94-96 Impala SS hood liners, but instead of the punisher, we used the Impala jumping through the ring in white as well.

Today with more modern technology available. We can take hood liners to the next level. My buddy Devlin (www.tunerracing.com) is the first in the US to import the digital air brush machine from Japan. This machine is incredible, works like a printer. You hang on the wall what is to be painted. Enter the dimensions and images of what is to be painted, in the computer. Sit back and watch it do its thing.

This is the first hood liner he has done, mine. We did paint the entire hood liner in Det. yellow first. This took lots of paint to cover the black liner. The liner has a fire retardant material that really likes to soak up the paint. Once we got enough coats of yellow on the liner, we could take the liner to the digital air brush machine, for the super bee logo.
