On the way home I came upon an Inferno Red Magnum.. was looking at the rims (looked like viper wheels) and noticed that it was badged with the 06 RT badges.. but single exhaust.. HEMI badges on the fenders too...

A true hot rodder wouldn't be content until he had created a car so violent, so hairy, so totally sick that the very act of dropping the hammer would result in instant death. Anything less results in the need to go faster.
I saw an SRT8 that was badged on the sides as well. The guy went to the trouble of installing an R/T interior, front and rear fascia, raising it slightly, took off the Brembos and put in R/T brakes, and I bet he changed the engine and driveshaft as well to R/T parts.
Definately a mod King!

Izzy picsmoney talks. unfortunately, mine usually says... "good bye!"
The one I saw was black, so there's a couple of great modders out there!
I think they should get a prize as they're definately special!

If I was into "re-badging" I would take an SRT8, replace the 20" wheels W/17" SXT wheels, (have to dump the brembos & replace W/some sort of high performance smaller diameter disc set up) hide the dual exhaust (dump it just behind the muffler & run a dummy single tailpipe) & get rid of all SRT badging including the interior & hood.
What a "sleeper" eh?
On second thought, it would be easier to just mod the PI$$ out of an R/T till it runs 11s.![]()
I used to have an old 1978 Malibu Classic 4 Door. Stock it comes with a 3.3L V6 Engine.. That came out pretty quick..
Stuffed in a 350, Holley dual pumper, 350 long rods, 350 Turbo tranny with shift kit.. hid the exhaust behind the bumper and tacked the stock single 2" exhaust pipe to the frame near the back..
Add about 300 lbs of sand in the trunk.. was pretty amusing. only fooled a few people.. they got to know the rumble and knew what was going on.. The melted rubber all over the rear quarters of this white car was a give away too..
Stuff a 426 stroker into an SXT.. that would be funny as heck.. maybe big wheels to fit the big breaks and put hubcaps on.. :-D Super quiet exhaust... 3.5L HO badges..
