Well done Jim, looks great... Have you noticed much difference on sound/performance from the previous CAI?

I have an airaid as well Jim and love it.
As for the hood good luck, gonna be a hard one to track down. Pikabikr on here had a a nice fully functional hood on his 300C, not sure the brand, but he has all the info, I'm sure they make one to fit yours too. Really nice hood, nad is similar to a MSRT8 hood i guess.
    Good luck with the hunt

Sound is a little deeper and louder, throttle response seems a bit better and quicker. Power wise it's hard to tell.

This CAI is made for the SRT-8 that has the extra ducting to mate up with the left side duct from the hood. I've always wanted to change hoods so I figured, as the price was right, to make the change.

The old CAI worked perfectly and gave a nice intake sound but with wanting to change hoods it had to be done.

Now to try and find a stock hood is going to be difficult unless I can find one that a dealer has in stock and wants to move it out; otherwise I'd look at a fiberglass hood that is reinforced to work with the hood struts and be identical to the stock SRT-8 hood.
