I've been getting worse and worse mileage lately. Best I ever had was on a trip down to Great Falls and it worked out to around 21.8 miles per US gallon. Now I'm getting closer to 17.

    8.3L/100KM at 120+ish.

The ol 300 has a throttle body cleaning and a can of Sea Foam for the gas tank in the near future,, once that's all burnt through, new tranny filter, a tranny oil flush, a rear end oil change and a change to full synthetic motor oil. We'll see what that does for the ol 3.5 wimp.

Dewm - I just did the tranny service (at dealer) and did the rear end myslef, switched over to Royal Purple. It's only been about a month now (<1000kms), but everything was nice and clean when they opened the tranny up, and the rearend was very clean. Haven't noticed much difference in the mileage, but in the summer and with all the highway miles we put on Betty, we're already averaging 11.12 L/100 kms. On vacations, averaging at least 130 kph on the highways, cruise on, we get 10.5 most times. I don't think the tranny and rear end change will help that much though

SPRBEE - I have noticed that the Distance to Empty number is pretty useless. I've been on the highway, cruise on, and traveled 10 kms and the DtE went down 45 kms. That last 1/4 tank, the DtE drops like a stone. My EVIC also shows consistently better numbers than the actual fill and manually do the math method. Not to rain on your parade, because the EVIC is probably only off by a little, so those are still pretty good numbers!

That IS SRT8 awesome, SPRBEE. Nice pics, too!

My last round trip to Calgary I left full, drove to Calgary, then gased up in Red Deer on the way back. Trip meter was at 495 km and it took 47.7 L to fill - worked out to 9.6 L/100 km, or 29.5 Imp mpg - fantastic!! That's my best mpg since new, including when it was still bone stock!

2009 BB 300C SRT8 - Diablosport Predator, LMI Hammer-design intake, lower rad-shroud mod, 180* t-stat, BT catch can (unplugged for winter), Mopar hitch, dashboard hula girl, Blizzak tires on 18" Borbet type TS rims for winter.
...And yeah, I beat that yellow 'vette by a tenth - LOL!
