Hey Jim it's like the PM I sent you. Sorry to say but when there isn't much for people to reply to they won't return to the site. When there is a new topic or event people wake up but otherwise it's dead. I used to fill up the site with replies and topics, but with the lack of intrest from members I have actually took on more work and spent more time building my other cars. Chris has really thrown together this great site/club but 50% of the members don't even check in. Example 44+ members and 13 show up at the July meet, there were some good reasons for some members not showing but all in all even if 16-17 members showed thats still less then half. I guess what i'm saying is even being a moderator there is only so much you can do, I even try to pass the word on to LX owners as i'm driving down the road and only 2-3 out of 20 might actually check us out. Even when things are FREE !! you still can't intrest people.

The one thing I do have to say is that the members that do show at the events, M&G's and are repling on the site are great members. The members I have met at these events are top notch down to earth people, people there don't stick it in your face that they better then anyone there just equal. THUMBS UP TO ALL THE GREAT MEMBERS I HAVE HAD THE CHANCE TO MEET !!! I sure hope to meet all you again soon and hopefully some new ones as well. And by the way I'm still really going to try to make it to the Airdrie car show.

Just been busy,,, yard work, house work, overtime from my day job, honey do's, beer drinkin' and bar-b-ques here and at friends places.

So anyways,,,, my CARBONDESIGN fiberglass rad shroud cover is on it's way,, and supposedly my SRT8 style lip spoiler from Wykoff Chryco is on it's way as well. WOOHOO,,, now, If Dokey would get back from holidays, my RayGun SRT8 smokin' deal taillights could get in as well.

Now that I've gotten your attention why not let us know what you've been doing this summer as it is nearly over.

Me, all I've been doing is getting appraisal to get my vehicles fixed (body work), running back and forth to the dealer and am finally getting somewhere with them. Keeping the business going and finally accepted a position starting 1 Sept so I guess you can say I'm rejoining the work force and coming out of Semi-retirement.

I myself am trying to do as little work as posible but it sure the heck doesn't happen that way. My business keeps getting larger and my free time keeps decreasing. You gotta pay to play and I like to play.

Man the site sure has been quiet this weekend. Maybe I should just fill up all the threads with new BLA BLA BLA. Make it look like there is some action.

Quiet isn't the word for it, if it gets any quieter I'm going to turn my computer off for a month or so.

As far as work, at the end of this month I'll be back in the work force running a business; some friends are in the process of purchasing and I get the pleasure of turning it around and making some profit (you know that bad word - money) but I am still going to keep the graphics/sign business going as well so my time is going to be limited.

Well,as for me I've been rebuilding/modifying a balcony and shed in my backyard (a bigger job than you might think, as the balcony is cantilevered off the house using the house's floor joists). As well I've been trying to decide who'll repair the Firebird, and modding it and the new Dakota, as well as planning a wedding. Too many things to do, too little time. However I still check in when I can and show up to as many meets as possible (although it looks like I'm going to have to pass on the cool cars for cancer run. I promised the GF we'd go to ExpoLatino and I have to work this Saturday) Anyone know how to add a few more hours to a day and a few more days to a week?

Well I've been busy with work during the week, but on the weekends I either hit the golf course or the pool hall for some R&R. The other project that I tackled was the head and cam swap on my RT so I could keep up with STS. Still needs some fine tuning but I think I can keep his tail lights in site. I guess after this winter that might change if he does what he has planned but I'll have to deal with that when it happens.LMAO. Maybe I'll have to buy a different toy to keep up, 'cause I don't think I will go much more extreme with my daily driver. I'll be taking some holidays in September but I don't plan to go anywhere.
