Friday night at Castrol

Hey guys, just joined the club and met a few people last night at Timmy's. I'm wondering if anyone is interested in hitting up Castrol raceway tomorrow night with me for the Street Legal Drags. I go about every second friday, it's lots of fun and only $25 to run as many passes as you can make until they shut down around midnight.

Welcome, how about filling in your info in USER CP near the top of each page, it makes it easier for other to see what you drive and where you're from

i am out of town till the tenth and planning on going the 11. how about then? i am hoping to have the predator by then.

I am looking at some tires over the winter. What did you get? I am debating on slicks or ones that I can still use on the street. Here are some I am looking at.

Fountain tire is not coming up with any for me.

Goodyear seems to have a good selection as well.

I am looking at the Hoosier site but not sure what i need.

If you are looking for a good Street tire that grip and shoot try Toyo Proxes 4's I have 275/40/20's on the rear and 245/45/20's up front and it takes effort to get them to spin

I would like something a little better the strip. I don't mind changing tires if I have to but if i find a good dual purpose set.

Well get a set of 17's that fit and some drag radials and change them at the track

A lot of guys run the nitto invo's on the track and daily..I run them but I only have a six...but they grip extremly well and are very reasonably priced...its probably they're best tire..they also have a nitto 555r or 55r something like that...also pretty decent for track. I got mine from discount tire online and shipped to my door it was a lot cheaper then anyone in town
