Whatever you do, make sure you verify their contractors license. Don't fall for the 30 year guarantee because odds are that they won't be around that long - good luck ! ! !

Make sure that as part of the deal, he sets you up with a week at his place in Cabo

Yeah, well, the financial planner gave up a bigger dose of adulthood and made us do grown up things with the money.
