About LinkBacksIf something gets voted on and it passes. And others don't like it passed so they make some cheese and bring some "whine" with that, can the courts "throw out the majority vote" and return the process to before the vote?
If so, two things, anyone who owns a firearm and wants to repeal the assault weapons ban should make some cheese and "whine" until it gets overturned.
OR
the entire voting process can kiss my big fat ghostly white @ss!

Im in on the assult weapons...let some of us who follow the law protect our selfs with the same stuff the bad guys are using....even the odds...lol

The will of the people vote and the majorty vote won!
The Courts overrule and the vote resending!
The will of the people vote and the majority vote wins AGAIN !!!
The courts are looking at this again?????
Solution: Those appointed judges who did the overruling votes, get there names and at the next election vote them out of office, if they were appointed vote the individual who appointed them out of office.
The Will & Vote of the people (right or wrong) MUST be upheld, it's what or nation was built on and must be protected.
We the people have that RIGHT !!!!

This reminds me of Prop 187 from '94. But the courts ruled that one unconstitutional. So who knows what they will come up for this one.
And Andrew, people that own guns don't "whine", period. LOL
