Vegas run.

2nd Annual LX Bullrun to Las Vegas, NV Saturday October 27, 2007
I figured it might be time to start a SEMA Vegas run thread for the Arizona folks that plan on going. I was not able to participate last year.

Where does our caravan start?

Where do we meet up with the California folks?

Where are you staying? I was thinking of either driving back to Tucson or sleeping in the back of my Magnum after a trip to Krispy Kreme and a few bars.

Meet us in Fontana, Ca. Trust me you will not want to miss this. I expect us to leave there with between 50 -60 cars. SEMA here we come

Fontana. Ok great. I'll be there. What time will you be hitting Fontana? I see 9AM in Barstow.

That would be 7am at the Starbucks parking lot in Fontana.
If you want, you can crash at my house, its 10 minutes from the Fontana staging point.

Thanks. I appreciate the offer. I don't know how this is going to work out though. It's 6 hours from Tucson to Fontana. I have a school function to attend Friday night. If I was able to get out of Tucson by 10PM Friday I wouldn't be in Fontana until 4AM. Then we meet at 7am at Starbucks. 3 hours sleep? I'm hurting just thinking about it.

I tried to get something started earlier:

but didn't get too many responses yet... I think it would be best if we met up with the Cali folk just outside of Las Vegas, so we could still roll into LV 100+ strong and we could be awake to participate

Oh, sorry. I didn't see that thread. I agree about meeting closer to Vegas.

Last year Meister and that trator Richie meet us at State Line. They went up and through Laughlin and across Nipton road at Search Light to the 15.

I had looked at that route. Looks promising. Timing is everything. I need to figure out when the Vegas caravan would be there.
