If we have not already done so, suggest the Treasurer set up a checking account in the club name. Got to have some walking-around money to cover incidentals. Post address where we might send a check to get a few bucks in the treasury.

Yeah , I think th at's a good idea. May also want to tie it in with a PayPal account so we can do funds that way as well if need be. Not a necessity really , but easy for those who use it a lot.
