Strawberry Cruise Intinerary

Now that we know the date and duration of our trip north, let's figure out the itinerary. Here's what I propose:

Saturday
1) Meet at the parking lot of Casino Arizona near the Tempe/Scottsdale border where the 101 and 202 meet.

2) Head east and pick up rt 87 (Beeline Highway). Take 87 north to Payson, then continue on 87/260 north to Pine/Strawberry for lunch.

3) After lunch we continue north on 87/260, then head west on 260 to Cottonwood.

4) Take 89A to Sedona and get a group photo by the red rocks.

5) Continue on 89A to Flagstaff for dinner/lodging/whatever else.


Sunday
1) Take 487 to Mormon Lake and get a group photo.

2) Continue on 487 to Clint's Well.

3) Take 87 to Strawberry/Pine or Payson and stop for lunch.

4) Continue on 87 back to Scottsdale and head our separate ways.

just wish this was said a few days ago. no one said anything about going all the way to flagstaff or even staying up there. I can still change my mind on the room and get one there.

Sounds like a plan what time are we planning on meeting at the Casino? You said possibly 10am.

Before I post the itinerary on the other forums, I want to make sure this group agrees on what it is. I'm letting this forum decide the itinerary, because it is the biggest and most active of all the Mopar groups in Arizona. The other forums are "coming along for the ride" so to speak. Based on the response I got, I doubt we will get more than one or two members from each of the other forums I invited (Caliber SRT-4, Neon SRT-4, Challenger, Stealth).
