If Arizona is any thing like Florida the paper work is brutal. But it shouldn't cost much if you do it yourself, just filing fees. We are going for non profit corp. You will need this to set up any type of banking. Just keep plugging along and we're here for ya.

I am a newbie but I am familiar with this type of thing. If any help or research is needed I would be happy to help. I am assuming you are looking at a LLC (which is owned by all it's members), which you can have done by an attorney for about $500.00 here in Phx or it can be done without one for about $350.00.
