If the answer is no, don't do it. Other likely examples include videos of people and/or animals being hurt or killed, as well as illegal activities.

That thread doesn't bother me at all, what bothers me is some kind of double standard.
Do you have a son, or more to the point, daughter you would show that threat without some kind of reservation as to how it would be taken and the message it may or may not present? And Hazman's gal's have a lot more clothes on. Even the Supreme Court, famously, had to fall back on the definition that that they couldn't define pornography specifically, but they knew it when they saw it.
OK fine so its subjective. As is life. If there's a skin-o-meter out there, or a nipple-o-matic, or a fuzzagram that can define things specifically in square inches of fleshy naughtiness, or count the pubes or something... sing out and sign us up for a license subscription.
Until then, staff judgement - and common sense - rules. c'mon... its not like it takes a brain surgeon to make this call. And its not like 99 out of 100 people don't get it.
Now you guys know why I chose my current avatar. Call it prophetic.
