G.A.M.E. time AZLX?????

This will be our third event, and perhaps one we will all be able to look back at as both a day to remember and remember things by. We have been invited to the premier event for the fine folks at G.A.M.E.

I found it satisfying that such an accomplished group of people would literally come to my car door to ask if I and all the rest of the LX enthusiasts I hung out with would be interested in attending a monthly event at their beautiful new facility.

Some of you saw the pictures I posted here for Ghostface mag of the nice magnum they built. I am sure most have never had the opportunity to see any of their work up close and had the pleasure of having each piece presented to you like you were their customer. I had the opportunity to see a few of their finely crafted works in person and enjoyed them all. I was shown around their state of the art facility and found everyone there to be very helpful. The event will be a meet and greet and the invitation is extended to all local car clubs. There will be vendors, music, food and good times. There will be some models there and they will be made available to us as eye candy for our rides.
We will be taking advantage of this opportunity to take photo shots of all our members’ rides. We plan to use these for a club calendar. I have also been informed that there will be some local athletes and also some very heavy hitting celebrities there. G.A.M.E. would like very much to make this an often occurring event. Let’s take care to show them we appreciate the offer. If you are a member of any other car clubs, or know anyone that is please take a moment and point them in this direction, let the lxgames begin!!!

The event will be held at their facility and in a parking lot on the north side of the street. They are inviting all! Clubs and vendors that wish to participate should contact BennyD@gamerides.com

The event is on Saturday 04-21-07. Starting at 11:00am and running through 8:00pm. The lot will open for set up at around 8:00am. It will be held here;

So do we have an official name yet. I am making a business card to pass out to other LX's I see, to get them interested in our "club" I am calling it AZ LX Owners Group, is it, or isn't it???

Sorry to hear you will not be there, but we will make other arrangements for the photo shoot for the few members that will not be able to attend.

we will have to organize the shoot as we see how many members show up. we would like to put all three lx models in each month. I will let bob have the say on how the shots shall be set, as he is the club audio/video/still shot director.

there are some interesting rumors regarding some video opportunities a "DRIFT" but nothing has been confirmed as of today.
