    Converter

I just ordered a converter from HHP. I guess I should have checked to see if anyone in the group is using this converter and how they liked it.

The HHP guys say this is the way to go. I'd love to get a ride after it's in. Sure is gonna help you get off the line in this heat.

Do you have an installer yet?

    (Waiting "patiently" for the 300C SRT8 8-speed) Coming.....soon?

No installer at this point, know a local guy from my Buick Grand National background that can prolly do it. Other than that, Len Freeman at Performance Transmissions in Las Vegas. Give me an excuse to hit Vegas.

I've heard good things about the Pro Torque, and not so good things about one of the others (I forget the brand)...

You got the best 1 IMO.

    I love mine.

It comes out of the hole like a rocket & under normal driving condition you will hardly know it's there until you stand on it.

You will probably need drag radial now to take full advantage of it.

That's all I ran on my Buicks. Mickey Thompson Drag Radials. Any idea what I'd do for wheels. MT sure as hell doesn't do 20" tires, need to find smaller wheels with proper backspacing and offset. Car is pretty much stock expect for exhaust and cold air intake so shouldn't have to worry about half shafts at this point.
