Thank you all very much for voting for me. I certainly don't think I should have won over Meister and 6Point1. I hope those 2 are next in line. We have some wonderful folks in this group. I feel like we've come a long way in a short time.
This site has really opened up my eyes to the possibilities of what can be done with a car and how many friends you can make along the way. Everyone has put so much into their rides I am always amazed whenever we get together.
I need to get over to the Gates Pass area and take some good Magnum pics. I'll be posting those sometime this week (hopefully).
Don't forget we have 2 meets in Tucson coming up. Come on down and feel the cool alpine air of Tucson on May 19th and June 1st.
ZMagnum (Mark).
From the start Mark showed the forum he was more than just a guy with a car. Take for example his first post:
New Magnum owner in Tucson, AZ.
First time Magnum owner but 2nd Dodge. I just bought a used (only 17,200 miles) 2005 Magnum SXT (Cool Vanilla). I also have a 2000 Durango SLT+ 4.7L V8. I think the Durango and the Magnum go well together. Oddly enough the V6 Magnum has more horsepower than my Durango (250hp vs. 235hp).
I love the Magnum. I hate the new version of the Durango (too much like a minivan).
If I line up both in my garage they appear to be the same length. From the kids' car seats it appears the Magnum has a wider rear seat than the Durango.
I'm an XM Radio guy but the Magnum is equipped with Sirius. At first this presented a problem (how to I get XM working in the Magnum?) but then I discovered that I get 1 year of Sirius for free. I'm all for that. Now I have a 1 year side by side comparison of XM and Sirius.
Looking forward to many years of fun with these Dodge vehicles. One of my sons said "double Dodge" when I came home with the Magnum.
Mark.
He was evaluating his magnum even in his first post. I would bet that if we look we can find the end result of his one year comparison of Sirius and XM written here some place.
By the time he got to his third thread he was writing up his first post on a real problem with his ride. The post would still be useful to anyone that ever smelled fuel after a fill up.
His first post about a simple mod was one that I had missed, but will be using often now as I really need the storage for work and have spent hours looking for what would work best.

Plastic trays in the back. (Pics!)
These low profile plastic trays work great in the back. I used velcro (hooks side only) to hold them in place.
that was our ZMagnum when he was just starting, his countless threads and energetic personality are a part of this forum that I always look forward to.
We are fortunate here in the Arizona LX Club community to have Mark as both a member and our Southern Regional Director Arizona LX Club.
