What do I need to do to become a official member of the AZLX Car Club?

These are my cars:

05 Hemi Magnum

06 SRT8

Wait, Wait. You told me that I had to draw three names out of a hat and they took my car out shook it down. By the time they were done I needed new tires, but they told me I was a member.. What gives

Ok, I work until 5:30 on Friday, I can be there by 6:30-7:00 if you all will still be there..
