Warning: New trooper car on I294

I dropped the wife off at work this morning when I saw a trooper vehicle that you would never suspect about to pull someone over in the other direction. It was a new F-150 with the Z-51(i think) off road package. If you saw it on the road, it looks quite normal even down to the tinted windows. But, the way this thing was rolling down the tollway, it might have had a little extra oomph tucked away somewhere. It was a dark metallic gray/brown color as best as I can describe it. Be warned, when it doesn't have it's lights on, you won't know it from a regular truck.

I'm sure it was someone else in the other direction.....yeah, we believe you. I know you just wanted to break the exhaust in.

Did you get a ticket or just a warning? LOL

On 294 and 55 there also several Dodge minivans (Caravan) that do some serious clocking. Regular plates, one is burgundy and one is dark blue. They use Lidar and shoot it from a side rear view mirror.

On 294, plenty of Impalas doing the same, Lidar aimed via a mirror, so they don't have to get out of the car.
