To call everybody that I called during that time period, which everybody told the same story.

They called all my banks. My whole family. People calling me complaining because progressive was asking them 1000000 questions.

I'm telling u this is so stupid. I get annoyed all the time...

Oh yeah just paid my magnum payment $318.. Smh

Sorry to hear your pains. Hope it all works out in the end. BTW, do you have a copy of the receipt from the buttons you purchased to modify your key? No different than modifying your car. Show proof that it was modified and different from previously submitted.

Wasn't a modify, it was a replacement cuz the button came out and I lost it.

I'm suppose to keep a $20 reciept. Smh who knew car would get stolen.

Plus all matienence records and major mods. Were in the car.. And they were like why u kept them in the car. Smh IT'S MY CAR

So, they are denying your claim by saying you stole your own car or are they saying you were negligent leading to your car being stolen? Just trying to understand here. It was a good looking magnum and now you've got a good looking SS. So they didn't pay anything? I just don't understand why they are denying the theft claim and calling all your peoples.

Seems odd to me. Wouldn't Progressive need to file fraud charges against him and have law enforcement issue a subpoena to get those records? I would not give my insurance company access to my financials, phone lists, etc. and let them do their own investigation. Either pay up or file charges against me for fraud.

THANK YOUUUU but I'm sitting in my living room in my iPad. Crazy. Deny me on fraud but have no case to back up.


I just gave them everything because I was just following the rules. Everything they asked for they got.

I didn't get a lawyer I just thought it was standard procedure.. But now that I think about it I should've. But I'm better off now in the long run cuz they are going to ppaaayyyyyyyyy

Fam..sorry to hear about your loss, that really su*ks not only the steeling on the car but what the insurance company is doing to you..Bottom line. Insurance Co.'s want your money, but when time comes to pay on a loss they dont like putting out money..My house burn down a years ago April 4th and just moved back in a week before Christmas..a year has gone by and still havent received final payment for our losses.. Pyaing these insurance companies is just a big joke and a ripoff..I wish you luck on hopefuly it going your way and you get what you have coming to you. Good luck on the new Car also.

Sorry to hear man. Yes, fraud is pretty big down here. Especially with the economic times. People can't afford their payments and they make it "look" as if their car was stolen.

Definitely not saying that is what you did, instead I'm saying that is possibly what they are trying to pin on you. Rediculous.
