About LinkBacksOk, I just got off the phone with Sugarloaf Key Lodge regarding us having an event there. There are plenty of rooms available that weekend (10th - 11th of November and the rate is $110.00 for a double.
I'm guessing the best way to deal with this is for guys to just call and book your room for that weekend. Once you do that we'll assemble a head-count here so we can plan departure, meet up points and any cruises or events (one of my favorites is that folks mix up a batch of their favorite mixed drinks for everyone to try).
The wife holds the credit cards in the family (circumvents the modding fever I get from time to time) but I'll book ours tonight. Perhaps our S.E. Club Rep will give them all the club info when he calls.

I am marking this weekend off the work schedule, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

One thing I SCREWED UP WE NEED TO BOOK ROOMS FOR SATURDAY NIGHT 11/10/07 and SUNDAY NIGHT 11/11/07 not the 9th & 10th. That way we can drive down Saturday AM and back on Monday when some folks already have off for Veterans Day.

If you guys want to block off rooms and do it that way that's cool. Not being sure of the turnout I thought if guys just book their own rooms it would go easier. The place isn't that big but has lots of parking.Former 2005 Magnum R/T Owner.

It would be a lot easier if we could do it on the Friday-Sunday....especially for us central guys!

say we blocked 30 rooms, and had a discount of 10-20 bux for filling the each of the 30 rooms...this way each member can call in their own reservations and we can be together.....
