About LinkBacksAbout a year ago I got into an accident with my R/T, ended up being over $17k in repairs but they wouldn't total the car. Well today my girlfriend was driving home from work after picking up my daughter from daycare, and BLAM almost the same exact accident again!! As of right now i can see it needs a new hood, front facia, headlight, drivers side fender, front driver side rim, no telling what else! I don't think theres any engine damage considering the tow truck driver drove it up onto the bed of his truck. I know that this thread is worthless without pictures but all I have is the ones on my phone, and I don't have the software so I can upload them onto my computer.

My girlfriend is a little sore, My daughter seems fine but she's only 16 months old so its not like we can really ask her. the paramedics checked her out and said she seems to be fine, guess we'll see how she feels in the morning.

This is the damage from the first wreck last august
The damage this time looks almost identicle but on the opposite side. I really hope they'll total it this time but i highly doubt they will, Hard to have frame damage on a unibody![SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Screw the car - hope your loved ones weren't hurt! But about the car... damn, that looks like a total loss to me although it wasn't. This time if it's about the same they should total it... Somewhere there must be permanent damage from TWICE getting hammered like that and an unsafe car is the last thing you need. I hope your daughter is 100% (I'm sure she is

What gets me is that the airbag didn't deploy this time nor did the seat belts lock up!

Update w/ pics
After having the car for a week, the collision center has come up with about $6k in repairs that need to be done, after looking at what all they've checked I know they've missed a few things. The A/C went out, im sure the front rotors are warped again,no telling what else.....

Take your daughter to the Doc, no matter how you think she feels. Better dafe than sorry.
Also, I have a left front corner hit that was alot less damage than that and by the time it was all done, it was around $7k not including the rental car reimbursement.
