Tampa Bay M&G - Dec. 2, 2007 - Picnic in the Park! Phillipe Park on Tampa Bay

Steph and I drove thru Phillipe Park on Tampa Bay last weekend. MUCH better than Taylor Park, where we've had other M&G Picnics.

    http://www.pinellascounty.org/park/11_Philippe.htm

I have reserved Shelter 7 (on the water, plenty of shade) for Sunday Dec 2nd. (There is a huge indian mound next to the shelter, should make for great pics from up high!)

    http://www.pinellascounty.org/park/m...s/PHILIPPE.pdf

We'll start at 11am (We'll be there to setup about 10am to setup). and go till whenever. It's reserved till 4pm.

It's easy to get to from the interstate, just have to come to the west side of Tampa Bay (this is where the directions are folks):

perhaps we should take a poll...(or should this be a different thread?)

How hot do you like your chili??

    1) No heat at all (gives me heartburn)
    2) Just a little for flavor (but I need to be able to wash it down)
    3) A little sweat never hurt anyone...
    4) I like to still taste it way later (if it's good, that is)
    5) Burn off my tongue hairs (you call this hot?)
    6) I'm from Texas, son...ain't no such thang as "TOO hot"
    7) OH LOOK!!! YOUR SPOON'S MELTING!

    any 'chiliheads' in this club?
