Old Town June 15th 2007

For those that are part of the regular Old Town Cruise on Friday nights, the Cruise for the 15th of June, FLXC will not be going to Old Town, we are going to meet at the site of our Car Show we will be holding the next day June 16th.

We will be meeting there at the regular 5:30-6:00 p.m. that we would be meeting up at Old Town, the location will be AutoZone on Orange Blossom Trail and Holden Ave.

We will be doing a total walk through of the car show, events for Saturday and doing a layout of the entire event.

We look forward to seeing everyone Friday evening. Please advise if you will be attending the Friday night meeting or if you will not be able to come until Saturday Morning.

We will be meeting at the venue site at 6:00 A.M. Saturday morning to prepare for the opening at 8:00 a.m.

Well, I'll come Friday. I have to get a hotel room for that night anyway. Do I need to bring anything, or just my car?(sorry, my first time)

Thank you for coming, looking forward to meeting you.

Nope just your ride and you and anyone coming with you, we can use all the help for the show that we can get.

We have special parking to show off the rides for the members of FLXC, the only thing you may want to bring is chairs for yourself, if you have one of those pop-up sunshade tents, and definately something to drink, water, sodas. It is going to be a very hot day.

Our sponsors have arranged for food vendors and such the day of the show.

Guess I need to pick up one of those tents. Seen a 12' by 12' for only $80. Going to need anything else? Don't mind bringing anything.

my wife does event planning and has the hookup with several area hotels! if anyone needs a room or rooms call her @ (407) 521-8205. her name is Carolise, if no answer , leave a message... she will get back to you asap.

savings of 50% or greater are likely. she says she needs about 7-10 days advance notice, hope this helps someone.

Not that we can think of right now.....unless another board member can think of something specifically. Just the last few weeks here getting the word out to anyone and everyone.

Does this include the Marriot Courtyard just off of Colonial? That's where I plan on staying.
