need help for set up at The Shindig on Saturday the 4th.....

I am going to need some help with parking, if some of you would like to help me that would be great! let me know i would need about 4-5 members but the more the merrier!...it doesnt have to be entirely the flxc but i thought i would ask you guys first
we will be needing volunteers throughout the day but the most important part would be parking the rides....

we would spend the morning from 8am-10am setting up the parking(mark spots, have a pep talk, figure the best way to fit over 100 vehicles)....now, if we can set it up the night before that would be awesome! but last year we tried but they wouldnt allow it....so, moving on.....

I would like to start at the center having 2 rows then working around the building...I think if we can maximize the center then the remainging vehicles will be wrapped around the building.....if there comes to be a better more efficient way then we will work with that, there is no bosses in this matter
now, if i can have two members, one helping back the members in and the other helping the next member set up for the first said member to help back that vehicle in, we can get a consistent pattern and park 100 vehicles in less than an hour LOL
we would also keep in mind the vendors would need a place to set up but i think our main concern should be for the vehicles....
if you would like to help out let me know and i'll put ya on the duty list!

    Thanx again FLXC!

    Matt

It's going to be a challenge to get 100 cars into a building. I know I have been there last year.

this is the layout with the N/S 320 ft and the E/W 123 ft each line represents 20'
we will be entering in the west side most likely the top door on the west side.......now if we can get the registration table on the outside this year we can maximize the vehicle parking along with moving the vendors in between the columns.....There for giving us about 25-30,000 sq ft....

we should be able to snugly fit each car in plus have about 20'-40' for space in case any vehicle needs to leave.......

now if someone sees a better way to park the vehicles, im all ears....if not we plan to have 2 rows in the center and wrap the remaining vehicles around the place.....
