    Moroso Awards Dinner

    Well, it was pretty cool. Traffic was pretty good going up so I hit Beeline around 5 and with some time to kill I stopped at that Shell up the street from the track which was packed with guys from Pratt Whitney drinking beer in the parking lot so I grabbed a couple and hung out 'til 6.
    I didn't know anybody at Moroso and ended up hanging with the chick that does the announcing at the races. She's pretty cool, they had a keg of beer and some snacks.

    I finally got to wear the shindig shirt and in the picture of the trophy & shirt check out the blue card. That's a FREE PASS to any event in 2008 I want to attend. Now THAT'S COOL




    Can't wait to do it all again

    Mods: 6.1 motor with PPP Ported Heads and 224/228 598/578 113LSA, stock tq converter, stock SRT headers with gutted cats, JBA 3in exhaust, LMI hammer design intake. The only 6.1 motor running a 2.82 rear.....Soon to be 3.06 gears.....Installs done by Afterhours Mopar Performance

    I grew up in a steel mill town in PA so hanging with the Pratt Whitney guys was good for more than a couple of beers and then they had the keg at Moroso. Only the 75 mile ride home restricted my behaviour a bit.
    I'll continue the celebration on my back porch tonight with some shots tossed in for good measure.
