Sooooooooo, what would you guys do if your kids closed the garage door on your car??????? My son almost crapped himself when he realized what he did...... not the worst thing in the world, but for those that have seen my car it person, there is not a single ding in the entire car!!!! it is SPOTLESS!!! well, not anymore........ the door hit the spoiler, the trunk near the srt emblem and REALLY hit the bumper!!!!!! i guess i need to adjust the safety features of my door!!!!

Sorry to hear about the garage door ordeal! I have no kids at home anymore, but really don't need any, as I have closed the garage door on my car once or twice just fine by myself! Just didn't pull her up far enough in the garage before shutting the door. I'm sure he didn't do it delibrately! From the looks of it you do need to adjust the closing pressure of the door, it should have went back up rather then forcefully hitting your bumper. It hasn't been that long when I got my first dent on my Maggie, no-one in the garage, but my router table that has hung on the wall for nearly five years, just fell off and put a nice big dent in my right side passenger door! Feel the pain, hope you get it fixed soon!

Sorry to hear Chris, yeah my knees kinda went weak when I heard about it then when I saw it the light headedness kicked in. I remember telling Chris to express my sympathy and asked where the memorial flowers should be sent.

I understand how you feel not the Daytona or SRT, but years ago I had a car that backed itself through the garage door, (you know I would never do something like that).

Thank goodness it wasn't a direct blow but glancing that might be why the garage door didn't react. I am sure Colby feels it, he loves that car as much as you and the rest of your family does, it has become part of him lately also.

Sorry to hear this, mine is no better at the age of 21. She takes the Shelby out one night and puts gas in the car and got a little carried away.
