About LinkBacksWell, the weather was nice and I had some spare time, so we installed new spark plugs in the Magnum RT today. All went well, except for the smoke in the air - lousy brush fire, I guess. Stirred up my Asthma a bit.
Also put in the new shorty plug wires (yellow) , but the Shaker Hood hides them.
Only have 26,500 miles on the car, but figured now would be a good time before the hot, humid weather strikes.
I started the install and my son helped finish it up..........nice!
Didn't take long, used Champion plugs, dielectric grease and some anti-seize.
Now my mileage should double, right?
More power???

Bob in Florida (71 yrs young), 05' Magnum RT. Flowmaster 40's, tint windows. Danko Shaker Hood, Chin Spoiler, Predator Grill with Honeycomb inserts, rear diffuser. Mud flaps & Tinted tails by Ernie 402. Version 3 rear spoiler by 402 Motoring. Honeycomb lower grills by NC-SXT. Silver Box shift kit by 351Freak. Hotchkis sway bars. SRT8 Wheels Nitto 255x45x20 tires..

good job bob...sucks about the asthma, i suffer from it as well, but have been attack free for some years now, (knocks on wood)

How did you see the plugs for all the smoke Bob????
300 (SRT) front, MSRT rear bumper, shaved rear wiper, 402 rear spoiler, RK/Sport raised hood, Grip grille, Boss 304 18" wheels, 245/55 BF Goodrich tires, painted coolant tank (402), painted engine cover and ABS cover, LED tail lights and side markers, LED lighting in engine bay, MagnaFlow High Flow Cats & exhaust, Vortech V-3 S/C, Vortech Predator tuned, 180 Tstat, X-treme Duty Radiator, Billet/Tech engine dress up, B/T oil catch can, Painted radiator cover! A big Thanks to Rod Burton who did the conversion & S/C install.

Paid the price for helping with the install, a few hours later my hands were all swollen and hurting,
Damn Rhuematoid Arthritis.....................
Later on my whole body was aching, took a lot of Tylenol
Hell to get old...........LOL
But the car runs better.
