the affairs of the group will be governed by the Board of Directors which will include setting up meets, events, car shows, etc in said chapter
These "officers" will be directors and will have certain duties.
each officer will serve a term for one year and shall be elected at the annual elections meeting (which will be in june)

Having a board is a great idea Matt. I dont really know many of the members so i dont know who i would place/vote for, for each position.

well bob cant really be treasurer seeing he and aulia are pres and treasurer for the RRTB......I have my thoughts on who and what but.... i want to hear your opinion after all its what you guys want, not what i see fit......
