This means only the FLXC will be there we are the featured event!

Location: New Smyrna Speed Way


Date: October 13, 2007 (Saturday)

Time: We must be in the gates by 5pm
To Arrive on time and with Traffic we will need to meet up at the I-4 Rest Area in Lake Mary, just east of SR434 where we usually meet for the eastbound caravans at about 2:30p.m. and leaving at 3:00 p.m. sharp. we cannot be late for this event what so ever.

Entry Fee: The first 25 cars will receive 2 (free) tickets in, additional tickets will cost $10 for adults and $5 for students (must bring student ID).
After the first 25 cars it will be a $10 entry fee per person.

Additional Information: The first 25 members is limited to FLXC paid members only, if you are not a paid member you are more than welcome to attend but you will be listed from 26 down. If there are any openings on the paid members list before the show you will be bumped up (you will get two free tickets in). Please don't be discouraged if you are not a paid member you are still welcome to join us!
Meeting Spot: We will be meeting directly across the street from the race track you cant miss us!!!!
we will meet between 3-4pm we must be inside the track and engines off by 5p

I-4: Travel east on I-4 exiting off of SR 44 traveling east.
Go to SR 44 and 415 redlight take left then immediate right

I-95: traveling south on 95 exit onto SR 44 heading west travel 3-4 miles to SR 44 and 415 intersection, take right, then immediate right.

NOTE: If you reserve space as one of the initial 25 going you will need to show, we understand a "ACT OF GOD", but the raceway is giving away ALOT of $$$ here, so if you register to attend and are a NO SHOW or cancel less than 48 hours prior to the event you will be responsible to FLXC for the entry fee of $20.00.

Since we are the featured event of the night at the track we will be doing a lap around the track. In order to be allowed to participate in the lap all drivers must sign a liability wavier and wear there seat belts, and please follow any other rules the track might provide for us. Remember we represent the FLXC as a whole. When we are enjoying our lap around the track RTJunkie (Nate) will be "upstairs" with the track announcer talking about the cars, the clubs and our activities!

It is a show and a racing event. We are the show, we get to display our cars then do a lap around the track. Then later that night there is an actual race that we get to watch! It's a two for one deal! I hope you come down and join us!
