    FLXC Southeast BBQ

    I know a few of us at the Shindig kicked around the idea of having a BBQ down here at some place like Tree Tops Park, or Quiet Waters Park. Would anyone still be interested in that? I was thinking maybe sometime in September.

    Yup Monty & I discussed doing this a while back but I'd suggest waiting until mid - November when it cools down and hurricane season is behind us.

    I was thinking around the 13th or 14th of September. Or would everyone prefer any Saturday or Sunday that month? It would definately be BYOB and whatever you want to grill. I figured to just use those little grills they have in the parks, unless someone wants to bring one.

    If you want me to show up with the band (probably dragging all the stuff and playing for free) it needs to be after things cool down and in the South (nothing personal but I've spent more time in Palm Beach the last year than I did in the 20 years previously and we won't even get into gas prices) and it's just too darn hot for outside events during hurricane season anyhow, band or no band.
