Florida LX Club, Inc. official Board of Directors

Greetings fellow LX'ers, I am forming this thread to update everyone on the status of the "Florida LX Club, Inc". Thats right its official and formally completed.

Your Board of Directors have been working hard the past few months getting Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, IRS Filings all the required documentation in order to be officially recognized. We have the laid the ground work and within days will be filing with the State of Florida all the required documentation, along with filing the formal Non-Profit 501(c)(3) status with the Internal Revenue Service.

Your inagural Board has been set up after input from several members nominations.

Your board is here to Serve the Florida LX Community as our Mission Statement states;

Executive Board
President - KGBPro (Matt)
Vice president - Daytona 2195 (Chris)
Treasurer - Blue Steel (Juan)
Secretary - Heat116 (Heather)
Chairman of the Board Daytona2195 (Patrick)
Statewide Directors -Daytona1259 (Mark), Legmaker (Chris), BlkMagnumR/T (Bob)

We also have 3 Regional Directors- Northern Coordinator/Director RT Nomad (Terry), Central Coordinator/Director KGBpro (Matt), Southern Coordinator/Director Monty1269.

We all look forward to working with all current FLXC members and potential FLXC members. If you have any questions or suggestions; Please feel free to contact anyone of the above individuals.

Being worked on, KGBpro did advise he has spoken with Monty1269, and he is working with a Vendor at least in the South Florida area to receive discount materials for paid FLXC members.
