Never work for free!!! It's a bad precedent to set!!! ... my job calls me in on many occcasions and it always has to be OK'ed by management and then I'm on the phone for 15-20 minutes and it is automatically billed as an Emergency Call-in which is 4 hours at time and a half for me ... it keeps the call volume down and it REALLY makes it worthwhile when they call ... the idiots actually called me one night, I solved their problem in 10 minutes, and then they called me back an hour later because they didn't know how to restart a program after the fix I had already given them ... so I billed them for 8 hours at time and a half!!! ... 2 calls, one lasted 10 minutes, the other took 5 minutes ... it still saved them thousands of dollars in down time ... nobody batted an eye when I put in for the pay ... if you know the answer to a problem and they call you to fix it ... BILL THEM!!! NEVER work for free!

I hear ya bro. When I started my job, I was working a total of 24 hours/wk and getting paid well for it. Last semester, they decided that if we're being paid for 40 hours we should be there for 40 hours. The only difference is, they didn't increase our pay! So now I'm working twice as much for half as much. SUX!
Well anyway, I'm working on my demo reel and looking for that kewl spot at PIXAR!
To Do --> Low profile mirrors, 2 door conversion, shaved tail lights and then flush mounting them to the lift gate, custom paint.

Now that school is starting, travel ball will slow down some, still have a recruiting tournament in South Carolina in 2 weeks, 32000 miles on the SRT after less than a year & a half and that was with renting a car for the Atlanta tournament (but we did get to drive by Perry to see where all the fun was, just a couple of week to late)
Hopefully will have some good news next weekend in Indy
