im sure someone has asked why i haven't been around as much lately ,

i have been sick for the last few weeks dealing with sinus infections, pressures and colds.....i thought it was the onset of bronchitis which i never had and didnt want to deal with as well as we had 4 vacancies and i have been busting my ass to get them ready for rent..... along with that, i have been dealing with Family/Financial issues all at the same time.....not very fun when your struggling week to week
it has been real stressful but it will be better after Christmas ........I apologize for not being around as much and want everyone to know....its not you LOL

but when i can, ill try to check the boards and update them.....please dont think i lost interest in the group, this group is practically my life...aside from my family.....well as said before the family thing is not so hot right now and it must be fixed so that i can be able to actually have fun with you guys....i miss ya and hope to see you all soon i want to make sure my family here is aware that i still love em

    Thanx,

    Matt

Dude, I've been there, done that, just recovering from it (lost my job 7/17/07 and I just started a real job 11/8), and I have the T shirt that says "I got f*cked by corporate america and all I got was this lousy T-shirt instead of a severance package"

Thanks for checking in Matt. I was wondering how you were the other day. I hope things turn around for you soon. As for the sinus the doctor had me start doing these salt water flushes a couple of years ago and I can't go long without it. It has really alleviated my sinus headaches. I can't tell you enough what a huge difference it makes. It's just salt water and take 2 minutes in the morning. Here is more information at this link: http://www.pacifichealthcenter.com/updates/62.asp Many people use a neti pot with a spout but I just use a plastic disposable 16 oz 'party cup'. I put a teaspoon of just regular table salt salt in warm tap water. You learn to adjust the amounts quite easily. Then I lean over the sink, pour a little of the solution into my left hand, with the right hand I hold my right nostril and suck the solution up my left nostril. Let go of the right nostril. Then I try to let it run out the opposite nostril or both. Then switch the order and the other side back and forth. After a couple times you blow your nose on a tissue. I finish the whole cup once a day that way. You can also put this solution in your mouth and gargle but it will help get all the infection out of your head. No prescription has ever helped me as much as this, although I do use a prescription generic for Flonase as well. Either one on their own do not cut it for me but used together I am not near as sick as I was getting all winter. Good luck!

jpilone so sorry and I'm glad you found another job. I hope things are working out.

    protect your health...

hang tough things will work out. remember troubles don't last always(even though it seems that way sometimes!). when all else fails there is one widely recommended thing to do before giving up. if that doesn't work seriously start praying!!!! hope everything gets better for you, you're missed & i'm praying for you too.
