Anyone else?

I just had my resos removed and now I set off car alarms when I rev up the motor.

Does this happen to anyone else? It sounds really good, and it's not too loud on the inside. I can certainly FEEL the rumble now(wife noticed that right away...of course)

, and it sounds like an actual muscle car.

Yep, Did the same thing. Your right this is how it should have been from the factory...

My resos are removed and it sounds pretty good.........too bad my exhaust is broken.....welds holding the tips up broke off and all I hear is rattling and metal clinking

I've got SW headers with no cats and a Magnaflow system and I removed my reso's and it was loud as HELL!! I drove it for about a year. Then put my cam in and it got way too loud. I put the reso's back on. These motors defintely sound mean as hell for sure. Enjoy the sound. It actually is nice driving a quiet Jeep again.

the hangers broke? that can't be more than a $20 fix, or if you know someone with a welder about 5 min.(if I still had my welder I'd fix it for you). The place I went to only charged me $80 to do it, and they welded everything up real good. Then I finished it up with some black paint, and the exhaust looks brand new again, and I think it looks cleaner in black w/ the chrome tips. And I have an idea for the space that the resonators were taking up...

Ah D'oh, take a look and you will see the Mack mufflers in place of the resos and no suitcase up front...lol

Is this something you would recommend on a stock 300c? I'm sure you all would, but wanna check first.

it works for me until I figure out what exhaust I want. It sounds mean, and sets off car alarms. Go to All American Tire & Muffler in downtown WH, that's who did mine. It's all welded up really good, and they did it for cheap.

Don't forget we also have a Central FLXC Member who owns a shop Willie091161

Willie has down several of the members exhaust and does a great job

In fact he took Frogzilla's SRT exhaust cut out the suitcase's and installed it on my wifes 300C. I think it sounds awesome
