2008 South East Shindig Florida Caravan!!!
Well its that time again!!!!!!!

Remember this view???

That's right!!! FLXC is preparing for yet another great adventure to the fine city of Perry, Georgia

We will be meeting up at the Okahumpka Service Plaza (Mile Marker 299 on the turnpike going north) on August 1st, 2008 at 7am and will be leaving at 8am SHARP!

we have a 5 hour trip, which means we need to designate spots so we can arrive at a timely manner, especially if were going to the races that same night!
it will take us about 285 miles to reach the hotel
we can hit the rest stops that are on the way for members to do what they gotta do...

we need to arrive by 2-3pm in order to prepare for the cruise to the track(5-6p)

Time table for the FLXC going north on I-75

Radios are to be on Ch7sub7
Time tables for caravan as estimated
8:00am Leave okahumpka
10:00am Rendezvous with others at I10/I75 est. 110mi(if we arrive early we will make arrangements accordingly)
11:30am stop at Ga welcome center est. 40mi
12:00pm Head to Perry
2:00pm Arrive at Hotel est. 133mi

also, i recommend everyone bringing the following:

1 Radio
1 Cooler(sodas,snacks,sandwiches,etc.)
1 full(19gal) tank
4 CD's full of your favorite tunes
1 pair of sunglasses
1 FLXC shirt
1 FLXC special event shirt
and a car full of fun and energy!!!!

REMEMBER!!!!!!! when your in north Fl your really in South Ga

DO NOT SPEED!!!! DO NOT! we all know you have fast car, we know its quick you dont have to prove anything to anyone, the police WILL stop you and give you a hefty fine!!!! I WANT EVERYONE TO BE SAFE AND ABIDE BY ALL RULES SET BY CARAVAN!!! THIS IS TO MAKE IT SAFE FOR EVERYONE!!!! WE WILL BE TRAVELING AROUND 80MPH....if thats too slow then fine dont be in the caravan, not our problem if you get stopped.....

now this is just a rough estimate, road conditions, traffic, speed, etc have to be acknowledged
