FLXC information booth~ FLXC Board Members

We are going to put on our first all out car show. We have been approached by AutoZone and asked to host a car show. They will be supplying the trophies, DJ, location. etc. The location will be in Orlando at 4613 South OBT, Orlando, Florida 32839.

We have been in talks with AutoZone through our own new member Phantom300, (thank you Jose). The date has been set for June 16, 2007. KGBpro at the moment is making up the official flier for the show. He has moderator abilities on the forum here so as soon as we have it completed he will be posting it. Registration is only going to be $15 with all proceeds coming to FLXC for our future events.

The location chose by AutoZone, has area for up to 200 vehicles. We have alot of members from all over the state that have talked about us doing a show, now its time to shine. This isn't going to be able to be done by just a couple of people. We understand it isn't a long time away, but this is to Open a NeW AutoZone location and they are going all out $$$ wise on marketing.

There will be alot of info to be given out in the upcoming days/weeks, so lets get an idea of whom all is going to be attending.

Well we sent a invite to the Penthouse Mansion for a few of the girls, and also to the Bud Girls.....but haven't gotten a reply yet.

Phantom300 (Jose) has spoken with AutoZone Mgt. and to be 100% totally unbiased they are going to be judges. We have someone very knowledgable about bikes has agreed to judge those.

Yeah we talked about that, and it will be on a parking lot, but they have the $$$ and covering the trophies and things, so they got to pick the date. I think we will have a good show though. Do you think your gonna be able to make it down for it?
