I am very serious. I have financing in order already, but they told me that they need the person in house to sign all paperwork. That is my only hang up

You're credit union isn't up with the times, is it? Not hating on your banking choice, but when I bought my second car in Kansas City through a credit union branch in the St. Louis area (I'm 2 1/2 hours away from them) they Fedex'd all the paperwork to me, I signed where I needed, took the paperwork to my bank in town, had them notarize the necessary signatures, then Fedex'd it back in a prepaid envelope. Had my check in a couple days. Not sure if that's an option, but to be legal, they shouldn't have to be the ones to notarize the paperwork, I'm sure that's why they want the seller to be there. Maybe ask the question man, hope you figure something out! Sounds like a clean ride and an awesome deal!
