you know I looked all over there website and the number is'nt listed. Funny I have to search our site to find the number here. I placed an order on the 19th of December and all my order says (in there tracking area) Processing. Today is 25th no change. So much for Christmas and all I can guess is new Years with no Number posted. I could have called in the order with the Phone number and checked if X-mas was possible. $270.00 order Thee different peoples presents.

I think you were expecting a bit too much ordering something on the 19th and expecting it before the 24th in my opinion
Factor in a weekend and christmas eve

Tell the people what their gift is and i bet they will be more then happy to get a week or so after christmas

The 19th was last Sat and we were closed.So we wouldnt get your order until Monday.

As stated on out website it can be up to 36 Hours to ship if its in stock.We closed early on wednesday for our X-mas party and will be closed until this Monday.

May I suggest next time you decide to order so close to X-mas you may want to call the company to be sure they can get your product out on time.If you want a refund shoot me an email or Pm with your order number and i will cancel your order.

Amateur LXF surfer and fool for thinking you can get something ordered and delivered in 6 days from a specialty vendor. Get a clue. What if you were bright enough to find the number, called and they said they could'nt complete that order by the 25th? Same amateur write up probably.

So lemme' get this straight. You offer a 40% off sale for forum members and then graduate it down to 20% for everyone for nearly ever. AND you offer FREE SHIPPING? Then you try to have a Christmas party for your associates? This just smacks of a company who doesn't care about people - customers or employees.
