Camshaft Install M&G - Frank Racing Inc

    February 16th, 2008 - Houston TX

Frank Racing Inc invites you to join us for a Meet & Greet in Houston TX. We will be grilling up some hot dogs and burgers and talking cars. During the M&G we will also be assisting in showing members how to properly do a camshaft installation. I personally will be there as well to assist in showing attendees all the ins and outs of a proper CMR tune and Diablosport Predator Operation...

The official location is not set at this time but it will be on the Northwest side of Houston and will kick off early in the morning around 9am!. This gathering will be fun for all and very informatial for those who can attend. Severl FRI cars will be in attendance if you have been thinking about Heads & Cam and want to FEEL the difference!

Pm me with any questions/comments/concerns and mark it on your calendar, you dont want to miss this one!

Given that the links only line up w/ the marks every 49 revolutions or whatever it is, you can also just make sure cylinder 1 is at TDC and the cam gear has the arrow at 12 o'clock and ignore the chain position. This is a little more risky as you HAVE to be sure you're at TDC, but it saves you cranking the thing around a boatload of times.

I am really interested in getting the cam install instructions. About how long will the event/install session be going on? Is it going to be an all day event or I'm trying to convince my girlfriend to go down to Houston with me but I need to know how much shopping she will be getting done while I am doing car stuff. It may be cost prohibitive.

Have you seen the size of the Galleria? She could spend all day there but I dunno about costs hehe

The cam install will take about 10 hours or less. We will be working to show all those in attendance the proper ways to do the install. I personally will also be helping those in attendance with the various in's and out's of the DiabloSport Predator CMR Software...

It will be great to have you out!
