The hotel is well lit and has video cameras all over. There is always someone monitoring the cameras but we got this great deal...

Waco PD offered their services for starting at 50.00hr but i got the price down to 25.00.
What i was thinking is if we can get them from 10pm-8am to make sure the cars are safe it would be great!!! Our cars need to be protected and im willing to pay a portion to make sure this happens. So how about it guys... Will you donate??

You guys should check out Wade's bar. He's and avid SRT8 owner of the Grand Cherokee type. I would think he would have it open by the time this event occurs. It's across the highway from Baylor.

I'm registered. It will be kinda of hard to attend though with SRT Track Experience that same weekend and I am registered for the Track experience Friday the 16th.

I'll be meeting and greeting "The Wall" down there.

Tried to not schedule them together but this was the best option

thats 2 big events we are conflicting schedules with. are you sure we cant move dates around?

we dont know how much longer the track experience would be here and the Texas mile is.......well, The Texas Mile.

Hey whatever you guys decide I can be your local guy in Waco to help out or scout out areas Pedro has my cell. For those of you coming the day before or after get a room at the Hilton and you can walk over to the bar would love to see you guys in there, its small but will accomodate. We will be open in 1 week TABC has been out just waiting on official lisc.

BTW the bar is literally around the corner from the Dr.Pepper Museum I would like for you guys to come check it out.

I also checked Baylor has an away game on 10/17 at Iowa so no problem at the stadium (bet you never thought to check Pedro-LOL)

If closer to time there is a confirmed LARGE group I can work on police/sheriff escort from the Stadium to Rudys but its pretty easy to get from one event to the other you guys have picked places that are close in proximity I can help plan routes.

There are 2 local car clubs in Waco that I sponsor (Baylor Driving Club and TXHyperformance) both of which I can get guys to help out with whatever you need just let me know.

We will not be able to change the dates... sorry. This has all been confirmed & planned. The places we are visiting are already expecting us and for us to change the dates would be a disaster...
