Please PM me with any events that you think Ontario LXer's might be interested in.

A true hot rodder wouldn't be content until he had created a car so violent, so hairy, so totally sick that the very act of dropping the hammer would result in instant death. Anything less results in the need to go faster.

Only before coating the quarters with rubber.Doesn't do any good after the fact.

Might help, but then I'm like Hemi31, it's a badge of honor to me, having a nice thick layer or Atlanta Dragway starting line goo stuck to the inner wheel wells and lower fenders.

Makes the rocks just bounce off too...

You coming down for the HeavyWeight Shootout? November 4th, be there or be square! I'll run ya!!

If anyone is interested in driving extra, I have extra room(s) - Commerce is like 2 hours from here. Not luxurious, more like Bears With Furniture, but warm-n-dry.

Yep - I'll be down there alright!! You may need to give me a half length though, since I don't think I can beat your reaction times...

Hey now - none of the "Pinks" stuff here - this is gonna be full out bracket racing - so if you call the class below the one I do, you -will- get a headstart, but reaction times are what's gonna be the deciding factor.

I can beat an SRT8, and have, 50% of the time so far - their car can beat mine, but I can beat the other driver - sometimes :-)

This is going to a good time!

I'm looking forward to it - which, to get back on subject, is why I'm interested in finding the best way to get the rubber off the fender. I'm thinking a liberal application of Pledge should keep it slippery enough to wipe it off afterwards. I was thinking WD40 also, but not sure what that may do to the paint.....

For the racecar we use Mean Green degreaser/cleaner. Find it at our Family Dollar store around here. Armoring the inside plastic pieces might help that come off easier. Works great on the rims and tires too.
