Black Mag on Ice in the evening

Nothing like a black car just before sunset. It was a little darker than I thought, but the Mag looks great after my first experience with Turtle Wax Ice polish. Nice stuff. Weird putting it on, since it pretty much feels and looks like you are smearing cooking oil on your car, but it works great. Finally, a product that won't produce the white gunk between body panels or on the black plastic. In fact, I put it on everything and it worked great.

I also have to say that I like the Armor All tire gell in the orange bottle. That works really well too.

Oh yeah, I found a couple new uses for clay bar. It removes the water stains from your back window and side mirrors. They look like new now.

And the inevitable "me and my car" shot I'm sure I'll need for the yearly "show us you and your LX" thread!

I'm gonna try Matt. We are going away that weekend but we might be back in time. Just depends. I hate to miss a big one so close, so I'm gonna try. I'll sign up if I'm for sure. Good job getting this one going!

oh yeah that orange bottle stuff...it looks great but even after 3 days of drying it gets all and I mean all up and down the sides of your car. My suggestion use it, let it dry, then wipe the extra off.

The Turle Wax Ice works great. It made my midnight blue magnum look like water on the first coat and it took off all that white residue that was on the black molding. What a relief. I recommend using the Ice Wax spray in between waxes.
